摘要

Abstract

A combined bagging machine was developed through overall function design, optimization of structure arrangement, theoretical calculation and equipment selection,main technical parameters selection and validation of productive test,aiming at the problem of manually bagging for high labor intensity,low efficiency and bad safety in flood control and emergency rescue. The machine has the characteristics of simple operation,high automation degree,convenient repair,with bidirectional or unidirectional bagging,sealing,transmission function;re-alizing 1 200/h bags of sand and stones bagging, sealing and transporting; with automatically bagging, releasing, sealing and start-stop;meeting the conditions of field operation, suitable for natural materials in flood control and emergency rescue. The machine has greatly im-proved the speed and efficiency of bagging,won time for flood control and emergency rescue and has remarkable social,economic and envi-ronmental benefits.
