盐酸川芎嗪联合顺铂对Lewis肺癌细胞侵袭转移能力的影响
Inhibitory Effect of TMP and DDP on Invasion and Metastasis of Mouse Lewis Lung Cancer Cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of TMP and DDP on the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of mouse Lewis Lung Cancer cells in vitro.Methods:To culture LLC-GFP cells in vitro,detect cell proliferation inhibition rate in CCK-8.Transwell assay and cell adhesion test were used to determine the inhibitory effects of TMP and DDP on cell invasion and adhesion in LLC-GFP cells.Western blot assay were used to observe the expressions of E-cadherin.Results:Compared with the control group,TMP inhibited LLC cells proliferation by dose.After treatment with TMP +DDP for 24h,the invasion and adhesion of LLC-GFP cells were dose-dependently inhibited(P ＜ 0.01).Moreover,TMP +DDP could up-regulate the protein expression of E-cadherin in LLC-GFP cells.Conclusion:TMP + DDP can inhibit the invasion and adhesion of LLC-GFP cells,and the mechanism may be related to up-regulating the protein expression of Ecadherin in LLC-GFP cells.关键词
