Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors for malignant tumor in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:The clinical data of 6202 cases of T2DM patients were analyzed,and divided into the case group and the control group according to whether or not with malignant tumor.Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors for malignant tumor in T2DM patients.Results:210 cases (44.87％) of T2DM with malignant tumor were in digestive system,112 cases of the respiratory system (23.93％),75 (16.03％) of female reproductive system,urinary and male reproductive system in 19 cases (4.06％),16 (3.42％) cases of blood system,endocrine system in 14 cases (2.99％),the other 22 cases (4.70％).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that male (OR =2.968),age (OR =3.039),long duration of diabetes mellitus (OR =4.383) with cardiovascular disease (OR =5.229),insulin (OR-2.492) were independent risk factors of T2DM with malignant tumor (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of malignant tumor in T2DM patients was high and malignant tumor of digestive tract is the most common.Male,age,duration of diabetes,cardiovascular disease,insulin therapy were independent risk factors of T2DM complicated with malignant tumor.关键词
