Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's living quality,the proportion of building energy consumption in our country has risen sharply,and umerical analysis of thermal load of residential energy-saving buildings can save energy and cost effectively and provide theoretical basis for subsequent heating design of residential buildings.The paper has completed the calculation of steady-state heating load and the simulation of hourly heating load of 75% energy-saving building by establishing the model and building energy consumption simulation software DEST.By calculating the heating loads of the building which is energy saving 75 %,the relationship between the steady-state heating load and the hourly heating load has been discussed,and the reason for the abnormal load in the load operation has been analyzed.The result shows in actual heating season,the load value of different percentage is 20 % ~ 30 % higher than the same proportion as the base of steady-state heating load.This shows that the hourly heating load is more valuable in terms of the equipment operation,and the load value should be calculated and analyzed.The total energy consumption in the heating season is 20% lower than the traditional steady state energy consumption by using hourly heating load.In actual engineering,there is a lot of heating disturbances indoor and outdoor,and the real-time monitoring and controlling the indoor temperature should be strengthened.The concept of hourly control should be applied to the operation of analog computing and regulatory equipment.
