能量桩群桩换热效率的数值模拟与分析
Numerical simulation and analysis of heat transfer efficiency of pile group of energy piles
摘要
Abstract
The study on numerical analysis method of energy pile heat exchange process and the analysis of the influence of each parameter on the heat transfer performance of pile and the temperature response of pile and surrounding soil can provide a theoretical basis for exploring efficient and feasible energy pile design.In this paper,by simplifying the operation process of energy pile and using Abaqus software,three-dimensional numerical model of energy pile considering the interaction between pile and soil in pile is established.Then,the feasibility of the model is verified by the collected experimental data.The heat transfer process of energy pile groups with different numbers of heat exchange tubes and energy pile groups in different soil is simulated;and the quantity of heat exchange and heat transfer efficiency of different pile diameter under different heat transfer tubes and different soil conditions is analyzed.The results show that,in the first stage,there is no difference in the heat transfer of each pile groups;after that,the heating power of pile groups with larger pile spacing is larger and the heat transfer coefficient of three U-shaped pile groups is larger than both of single U-shape piles and double U-shape piles;when clay becomes surrounding soil of piles,the heat transfer efficiency is higher than when sand becomes surrounding soil of piles;but when rock becomes surrounding soil of piles,the heat transfer efficiency is higher than when clay becomes surrounding soil of piles.关键词
