制度性生态空间土地利用冲突研究进展
Research progress of land use conflict of institutional ecological space
摘要
Abstract
Land and space is just the place where different forces are competing.Conflict is usually the manifestation of the basic characteristics behind land and space resources.As a kind of "quasipublic goods" space resources,the institutional ecological space is easy to cause the disharmony between different stakeholders in the process of development and protection,which leads to land use conflict.This paper expounds the concept and connotation of institutional ecological space,summarizes two kinds of land use conflicts of institutional ecological spatial conflicts (resources protection and urban sprawl),analyzes the mechanism of urban land system and the management mechanism of urban and rural land use,expounds the participation mechanism of land use conflict and the management strategy of common management mechanism.This paper gives a prospect to the research trend of the institutional ecological space conflict's formation and management system under the background of of Chinese transition period,and the development of the institutional ecological space conflict's regulation path in the application of urban planning and urban management.关键词
