摘要

Abstract

In order to study the variation of cutting thickness on shearer oblique cutting feed condition, considering the influence of cutter tooth arrangement,initial position angle, installation angle, pitch angle, and swinging angle of fuselage, from the depth of cutting teeth that cut into the coal wall, the judging condition involved in cutting was analyzed and the calculation method of cutting thickness was deduced as well. By taking the basic parameters of the MG400/930-WD type shearer and SGZ1000/1050 type scraper conveyor as an example,and simulating the cutting thickness based on MATLAB, the following results were obtained through comparison and analysis of the simulation: under the oblique cutting feed condition,the maximum cutting thickness of cutting teeth firstly increases,then decreases,and the instantaneous thickness of cutting presents intermittent periodic variation; every cutting teeth has different starting positions in the cutting, the maximum disparity of starting positions has come to 1.08 x 104mm, and the maximum cutting thickness is about 94mm, close to twice under normal condition; the dangerous cutting area is S=1.219~1.303×104mm,. The results can be used to provide basis in analyzing and searching the change of cutting resistance of the shearer under oblique cutting feed condition, as well as the theoretical basis in improving the actual operation of shearer and predicting accidents.
