摘要
Abstract
To explore the influence of psychological resilience on the subjective well-being of flight attendants under vocational identity, 150 Flight attendants from a big airline company are selected to fill out the questionnaires including vocational identity, subjective well-being as well as psychological resilience. Statistical and analytic results showed that psychological resilience partially acted on the positive emotion and life satisfaction, completely acted on negative one. Therefore,an airline should take measures to enhance the vocational identity of flight attendants,improve the ability to cope with pressure and increase their work satisfaction and well-being.关键词
