山东鲜食玉米区试品种鲜穗产量、病害发生及两者间的相关与通径分析
Fresh Ear Yield, Disease Occurrence and Their Correlation and Path Analysis of Fresh Corn in Shandong Province

Abstract
With the varieties for the Shandong Provincial Fresh Corn Regional Test and approved ones from 2006 to 2015 as materials,their fresh ear yield and disease resistance were analyzed.Meanwhile,the correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted to study the relationship between fresh ear yield and main diseases of approved varieties.The results showed that there were accumulative 145 varieties or combinations accessed to the Shandong Provincial Fresh Corn Regional Test,and 21 were approved in the 10 years.The variation coefficient of diseases ranged in 23.17％ ～ 170.58％ (approved varieties) and 29.80％ ～217.67％ (varieties in regional tests).The correlation analysis and path analysis results showed that the fresh ear yield was significantly negatively correlated with rough dwarf disease (r =-0.3314 *) and rust disease (r =-0.3211 *).The direct effects of the main diseases on yield of fresh ear were bacterial wilt ＞ smut disease ＞ leaf blight ＞ rust disease ＞ rough dwarf disease ＞ Curvularia leaf spot ＞ leaf spot.关键词
