上海市属养老机构老年人综合健康状况影响因素调查
A comprehensive health assessment and its influencing factors among elderly people in government-affiliated pension institutions in Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comprehensive health of the elderly people in government-affiliated pension institutions in Shanghai,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods From August to November 2015,the comprehensive geriatric assessment was used to investigate the comprehensive health of 310 persons aged or above 60 in Shanghai First,Third and Fourth Social Welfare Institutes,and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results There were 22.6％ persons with good health,23.9％ normal,and 53.5％ poor.The education background,diseases and income impacted the results.Conclusion The level of comprehensive health of the elderly people in govemment-affiliated pension institutions in Shanghai was poor in general.The education background,diseases and income were the influencing factors.The pension institutions should provide individual and professional services according to the comprehensive health status of the elderly.关键词
