Abstract
Objective To analyze the pilot practice of medical and nursing service stations for elderly people in Xinzhuang community,and to investigate the possibility of home care.Methods Since August 2013,private pension institutions were set up to provide on-site assessment for the elderly people who met the requirements and home care according to their needs.Results Three years later,396 elderly persons applied for the service.After assessment,281 persons enjoyed the home healthcare services which mainly included primary care projects and less clinical nursing programs.Conclusion The pilot practice of medical and nursing service stations for elderly people in Xinzhuang community has made certain achievements,but the overall ability of the nursing team needs to be improved urgently.关键词
