一测多评法与外标法测定养血止疼丸中3种丹参酮类成分
Simultaneous Determination of 3 Tanshinones in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill by QAMS
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine the contents of three tanshinones in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill by QAMS and to validate its feasibility.Methods:The tanshinone ⅡA as the internal reference substance,the relative correction factor of tanshinone Ⅰ and cryptotanshinone were determined by HPLC on different instruments and chromatographic columns.The content of tanshinone ⅡA in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill was authentically determined by the external standard method,and the content of tanshinone Ⅰ and cryptotanshinone was calculated by external standard method and relative correction factor respectively.Results:The QAMS could determine the content of tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA.No significant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS and external standard method were observed.Conclusion:The QAMS can determine the quality of content of tanshinone in Yangxue Zhiteng Pill.关键词
