基于关联规则的凌昌全教授治疗肿瘤常见中医辨证分型的组方规律
Composing Principles of Professor Ling Chuangquan Treating Common Types of Cancer in TCM: An Analysis Based on Associative Rules
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis composing principles of Professor Ling Chuangquan treating common types of cancer in TCM.Methods:A data base was built based on outpatient medical records of Professor Ling ‘ s cancer patients in Shanghai Changhai Hospital.And his experience of composing prescription against tumor was studied based on association rules.Results:Ling's experience of composing prescription against tumor was studied based on association rules are as follow:the core herbs of yin deficiency and blood stasis type are Rehmannia,yam,dogwood,the fruit of chinese wolfberry,peach kernel,red peony,moutan bark and Jiedu formula;the core herbs of dampness and blood stasis type are agastache,amomum,poria peel,alisma,tangerine peel,moutan bark and and Jiedu formula;the core herbs of qi deficiency and blood stasis type are Astragalus,white atractylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,tangerine peel,peach kernel,red peony,moutan bark and Jiedu formula;the core herbs of qi and yin deficiency type are astragalus,white atractytodes rhizome,Chinese yam,coix seed,ophiopogon japonicas,the fruit of Chinese wolfberry,roasted carapax trionycis and Jiedu formula.Conclusion:Professor Ling concentrated on syndrome differentiation,combined particular formula and herbs,analysis the syndrome and the disease at the same time while treating cancer.关键词
