竹炭增强膨胀阻燃聚乳酸的制备及其热降解行为研究
Study on Preparation and Thermal Degradation Behavior of Intumescent Flame Retardant PLA Reinforced with BPC

Abstract
Bamboo powder charcoal (BPC) and intumescent flame retardant (IFR) were combined to enhance intumescent flame retardant system (BPC/IFR) into polylactic acid (PLA),and then flame retardant modified PLA was prepared.The flame retardant properties,thermal degradation behavior and combustion behavior of the composites were tested.The results indicate that:the PLA/10%IFR/5%BPC system can pass UL 94V-0,and the limit oxygen index (LOI) value is 31.6%.The char residue increases by 8.5% at 800℃ in N2.Cone calorimeter tests show that:the heat release rate (HRR) and total heat release (THR) of PLA/IFR/BPC decrease significantly,and the THR value decreases from 91.4 MJ/m2 to 60.1 MJ/m2.关键词
