摘要

Abstract

Bamboo powder charcoal (BPC) and intumescent flame retardant (IFR) were combined to enhance intumescent flame retardant system (BPC/IFR) into polylactic acid (PLA),and then flame retardant modified PLA was prepared.The flame retardant properties,thermal degradation behavior and combustion behavior of the composites were tested.The results indicate that:the PLA/10%IFR/5%BPC system can pass UL 94V-0,and the limit oxygen index (LOI) value is 31.6%.The char residue increases by 8.5% at 800℃ in N2.Cone calorimeter tests show that:the heat release rate (HRR) and total heat release (THR) of PLA/IFR/BPC decrease significantly,and the THR value decreases from 91.4 MJ/m2 to 60.1 MJ/m2.
