Abstract
Taking the mouse shell as an example,using orthogonal test data as training samples and taking warpage deformation as the goal,the best BP network model was found out after repeated training as an evaluation system for the combination of quality parameters of injection molding.Base on the BP network model and the tabu genetic algorithm (BP-TGA algorithm) as optimization algorithm to optimize the injection molding process parameters combination and find out the lowest warping deformation parameter combination.Simulation experiments show that BP-TGA algorithm can efficiently and accurately identify the best process parameter combinations in a specified range,thus greatly improving product design efficiency and product quality.关键词
