六苯氧基环三磷腈对PA6阻燃性能的影响
Effect of Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene as Flame Retardant on PA6

Abstract
Hexphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCP) was introduced into polyamide 6(PA6) as a flame retardant,and the mechanical properties,flame retardance and thermal properties of the composites were analyzed.The results show that:HPCP has a good flame retardant effect on PA6.With the increase of the amount of HPCP,the value of the limit oxygen index (LOI) is on the rise;When the amount of addition is 20%,the LOI increases from 26% of pure PA6 to 31%,the vertical combustion test (UL 94) also reaches V-0 level,and effectively inhibits the drop of PA6.Compared with pure PA6,the peak heat release rate (PHRR) is obviously reduced.Through the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of (TG) and remnants,the HPCP causes the PA6 to be charcoal,which inhibits its combustion and achieves the effect of flame retardant.关键词
