"管办分离"背景下我国篮球职业联赛公司化运营发展战略研究
Development Strategy of Corporative Operation of CNBA under the Background of"Separation between Government and Institutions"
摘要
Abstract
Based on internal and external environmental factors in the process of corporative operation that CNBA faced un-der the background of"separation between government and institutions",this study made an empirical analysis of superior and inferior situation through SWOT-AHP model,so as to provide scientific strategic options to the development of CN-BA.It found that environmental weight of league's corporative operation faced now were Opportunity >Weakness >Strength>Threat.As a result,in the process of market -based operation and vocational development,the association should center on torsional development strategies,that is to make full use of outside opportunities and actively fill in the gap in internal disadvantages.The specific strategies are as follows: taking market demand as the orientation,perfecting talents training system and standardizing transfer channels for players;taking professional development as the standard,im-proving professional level of referees,promoting fair competition of the association,taking CNBA's reform as the opportu-nity,actively developing assets of the league,as well as improving the level of market-oriented operation.关键词
