Young Sports Reserve Personnel Cultivated by Sports Social Organizations:Dilemmas and Improvement
摘要
Abstract
In order to mobilize social forces to serve young sports reserve personnel training,this study analyzes the prob-lems of sports social organizations in cultivating young sports reserve personnel,and puts forward measures and suggestions on improvement.It shows that there are many problems in sports social organizations,such as unclear positioning,deviation of development direction,management system hindering organization development,backward management and management mode,single financing channel,lack of funds,and imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism,which become the crux of the sports social organizations in the training of young sports reserve talents.At last,it puts forward perfect suggestions, including nurturing new concepts,optimizing management system,strengthening service awareness,establishing supervision system and developing human resources.关键词
