Intermediary Effect on Cognitive Disorder and Fall Risk in Regional Elderly:Taking Exercise Ability as a Variable
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the fall risk of the elderly and clarify the regulative function of exercise ability on fall risk and cognitive disorder of different degrees.878 community elderly people are the investigation objects of the study and an em-pirical study was carried out by questionnaire survey,measurement and mathematical statistics.The results show that physi-cal performance has remarkable intermediary effect on cognitive disorder and fall risk in elderly.Further analysis found that as the degree of cognitive disorder aggravating,the role of exercise ability gradually turned from the intermediary effect to partial intermediary effect.Therefore,the treatments towards the elderly with different degrees of cognitive disorder should be different.Furthermore,the elderly with mild cognitive disorder can be effectively improved through scientific physical exercise,and accurate exercise prescription based on improving speed quality(walking speed) could prevent dementia and reduce the fall rate to a great extent.关键词
