摘要

Abstract

Aim:To observe the effects of 8-week aerobic exercises on the levels of AngⅡ,TGF-β1,CTGF,COLI and COLⅢ in myocardial tissue of TypeⅡ diabetic rats,and the factors high related to myocardium fibrosis in Type Ⅱ diabetic rats were investigated.Methods:The model of Type Ⅱ diabetic rats was established,and the rats were divided into four groups:The normal control group Group C),The normal exercise group (Group CE),The diabetic group (GroupDM ), and the diabetic exercise group (Group DME).The exercise group uses the improved Ploug training scheme.After 8 -week exercise,the level of AngⅡ,TGF -β1,CTGF,COLⅠand COLⅢ in the myocardial tissuewere determined by ELISA method.Results:firstly,The levels of AngⅡ in GroupDMand GroupDMEwere significantly higher than those in Group C,and the content of AngⅡin GroupDME was significantly lower than that in GroupDM.There was no significant difference between GroupCE and Group C. The level of TGF - β1 in Group DMwas significantly higher than that in GroupDME,and TGF-β1 in Group DME was similar to that in Group C and Group CE.There was no significant differ-ence between GroupCE and GroupC.The myocardial CTGF level in GroupDM was significantly higher than that in Group C,and there was no significant difference between the other groups.The level of COLI in Group DM was significantly higher than that in Group C,but in Group DME was significantly lower than that in Group DM.Concerning the content of COLⅢ there was no significant difference in every group.Secondly,There was a significant positive correlation between TGF-β1 and CTGF.There was no correlation between TGF-β1 and AngⅡ and CTGF.Thirdly,There was a significant positive correlation between COLI and AngⅡ.It may have correlationbetween COLI and TGF-β1.There was no correla-tion between COLI and CTGF.Conclusions:firstly,8-weekaerobic exercise can reduce the level of AngⅡ,TGF-β1 and CTGF in myocardium of diabetic rats,which may be one of the mechanisms of long-term aerobic exercise to improve myocardial fibrosis in diabetic rats.Secondly,The potential target of aerobic exercise to improve myocardial collagen fibro-sis in diabetic rats may be the fibrosis factor AngⅡ of RAS.
