Survival State of Organizational Culture of Sports Non-heritage Project
摘要
Abstract
Sports organizational culture and the external environment of sports organizational culture correlate and constitute an organic unity:the cultural ecosystem of sports organization.To grasp the state of cultural ecology is of great significance to deeply reveal the survival and protection of the organizational culture of the sports non-heritage projects.After the inves-tigation and study of 30 sports non-heritage projects in the country,11 of the 12 dimensions of organizational culture show a high level.In the evaluation dimension of organizational culture of sports non-heritage project and the ecological environ-ment,there are all significant positive correlation among the"inheritance factor"to the dimension of"unified opinion","audience factor"to the dimension of"the audience","market strategy"to the"strategic orientation and intention"and the"dimension of"goal","system protection"to the dimension of"prospect","educational factor"to the dimension of"organizational learning","interpersonal relationship"to the dimension of"authorization","ability development"to the dimension of"ability development","project innovation"to the dimension of"creation and change","team coordina-tion"to the dimension of"team-oriented"and the dimension of"coordination and integration".To create a good survival state of organizational culture of sports non-heritage projects,we should primarily strengthen the project's"adaptability"construction,followed by the construction of"consistency","mission"and"participation".关键词
