摘要

Abstract

Fe3O4magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.The Fe3O4were mod-ified by stober hydrolysis method to prepare core-shell silica magnetic microspheres. Then the microspheres were modified with polydiallyldimethyl(PDDA)by layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. The CdSe/CdS quantum dots were modified with thioglycolic acid,and connected to magnetic microspheres. Finally,Fe3O4@SiO2@CdSe/CdS magnetic fluorescent bifunctional composite microspheres were prepared successfully. The composite micro-spheres were characterized and tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction (XRD),Vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),fluorescence spec-trophotometer and fluorescence microscope. The results show that the prepared composites have high magnetic intensity,good dispersity and excellent fluorescence property. It is expected to be widely used in the fields of life sciences,such as cell separation,targeting therapy,fluorescence labeling and so on.
