摘要

Abstract

A series of CeO2composites doped with yttrium and loaded with reduced graphene oxide were pre-pared by hydrothermal method.The crystal structures,morphologies and surface physicochemical properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM), Raman spectroscopy,ultraviolet/visible diffuse reflection(UV-Vis DRS)spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy(XPS). Doping with yttrium and loading with reduced graphene oxide make the red shift of response spectrum from 392 nm to 446 nm. The photocatalytic activities of the samples were evaluated by reducing CO 2to methanol. The results indicate that the reduction yield of CO2to methanol approaches 111.6 μmol·g-1cat.·h-1for Ce0.9811Y0.0119O2in 5 h,whereas methanol is detected little for the bare CeO2without Y3+and graphene oxide.Final-ly,the reaction mechanism was explored.
