Abstract
Mesoporous Co3O4 was prepared by using CoCl2·6H2O and(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O as raw materials via a solution method of electrostatic self-assembly and calcinations, and dissolving Co 3O4/MoO3 with NaOH solution. X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and surface area and porosity analyzer(AS-AP)were used for characterization of mesoporous Co3O4. It has a high surface area of 127.4 m2·g-1and a meso-porous structure with a pore diameter of 10-20 nm. The catalytic performance for H2O electro-oxidation in KOH solution was evaluated by means of linear scan voltammetre.The catalyst presents good activities of a low onset of~0.392 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)in 1 mol·L-1KOH at a scan rate of 5 mV·s-1 for water oxidation.关键词
