摘要
Abstract
Hami City was identified as a pilot county for the construction of beautiful villages in Xinjiang. After nearly two years of construction,its village appearance have been significantly improved.The beautiful rural construction has achieved remarkable results with some good practices and experiences gained. However,there were still some problems such as the long-term mechanism imper-fect,the farmer's subjective consciousness was not strong,the financing channels were single,the environmental rectification measures were imperfect and the coordination and linkage mechanism were not enough. In order to speed up the construction of beautiful rural areas, this article would strengthen the leadership coordination mechanism to improve work efficiency, broaden the leadership ideas and enhance farmers'awareness,build the county brand and promote industrial development,build a rural eco-environmental protec-tion system with governance as the core, establish a mechanism for investment and financing and other five aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
