稀土元素钐添加对镁合金轧制边裂影响的研究
Effect of Addition of Samarium on Edge Crack of Mg Alloy During Rolling
摘要
Abstract
The edge cracks of Mg alloy sheet occur frequently during rolling.On the basis of the ability of lanthanon to improve alloy's structure,different amount of Sm was added in the magnesium alloy.Then the alloy was cast and extruded into composite.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the rolled magnesium alloy slab were analyzed after cold rolling and warm rolling separately.Research shows that:During the cold and worm rolling,the edge crack of magnesium alloy slab was overcome with the addition of Sn.With the increase in the addition of Sm,the yield strength and elongation of magnesium alloy slab decreased,while its elongation decreased.关键词
