Abstract

The wellbore dilution viscosity-reducing effect of the heavy oil in Chunguang Oilfield was evaluated by using the self-devel-oped heavy oil wellbore dilution viscosity-reducing evaluation device,the influence of wellbore temperature field on the dilution viscosi-ty-reducing effect was studied,and the dilution position in wellbore and dilution ratio were optimized.The temperature at different posi-tions in wellbore is simulated by the thermostatic waterbath of 90,70,50,40 ℃ to study the dilution viscosity-reducing effect under dif-ferent conditions.The results show that:the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil is 41% ~69% at 70℃;The viscosity-reducing effect of under-pump dilution is the best compared with upper-pump dilution and pump inlet dilution,and the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil at the inlet of pump can reach to 86%.In the process of simulating daily output of 6 t,the dilution viscosity-reducing effects under 5 kinds of dilution ratio were compared and analyzed,and it is shown that when the dilution ratio is 18% ~22%,the viscosity of crude oil can meet the requirements of wellbore safety production.
