摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the method of establishing nonalcoholic fatty liver model in rats in a relatively short period of time,and to observe the pathological changes of the organs in rats.Methods:Twenty-four SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,including the control group(intragastric infusion of saline,10 ml/kg and interperitoneal injection of paraffin oil,3 ml/kg,fed with common diet),CCL4 group(intragastric infusion of saline,10 ml/kg and interperitoneal injection of 40% CCL4 paraffin oil,3 ml/kg,fed with common diet),and experimental group(intragastric infusion of high fat diet and high cholesterol food,10 ml/kg and interperitoneal injection of by 40%,3 ml/kg,fed with common diet).These treatments were both twice a week.On the third weekend,all rats were killed to observe the pathological changes of the organs including the liver,cardiac,kidney and spleen by HE dyeing.Results:High fat and high cholesterol food can cause obvious fatty degeneration in liver cells within 21 days,but it has little effect on other organs.Conclusion:The method that high fat and cholesterol food lavage can build the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease model in rats in a relatively short of time,greatly shortens the experimental period,has the grate value in the basic experiment.
