高渗盐水在甲沟炎部分甲拔除术后创面愈合中的疗效分析
Effects of hypertonic saline in wound healing after partial nail extraction in patients with paronychia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of hypertonic saline in wound healing after partial nail extraction in patients with paronychia.Methods:A total of 292 paronychia patients after partial nail extraction were randomly divided into four groups.Group A was adopted vaseline gauze after partial nail extraction,group B was adopted 10％ Nacl gauze,group C was adopted 2％ hypertonic saline soaking,group D was adopted 5％ hypertonic saline soaking.The wound healing time and pain score were analyzed.Results:The wound healing time and pain score in group B,C,D were shorter than those in group A,and those in group C,D were shorter than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant difference between group C and group D (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The external application and soaking of hypertonic saline after the extraction of partial nail can reduce the local pain and accelerate the healing of the wound,and the effect of soaking is better than that of external application.关键词
