Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Zhuyu Tongmai capsule on learning and memory abilities of rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods:Seventy SD rats,ten rats were randomly selected as sham operation group,CCA was not blocked and sodium nitroprusside was not injected.Another 60 rats were duplicated by repeated clamping of bilateral common carotid artery combined with sodium nitroprusside(25 mg/kg) to establish cerebral ischemia rats model,the rats after success established were divided into 6 groups:model group,Venorruton group(100 mg/kg),Naoxintong group(800 mg/kg),Zhuyu Tongmai high,middle and low dosage group(200,100,50 mg/kg).After 14 days,Morris water maze was used to place navigation test,spatial probe test,and evaluate the animal learning and memory ability.Results:Compared with model group in place navigation test,Zhuyu Tongmai high dosage group (200 mg/kg) increased the times of rats finding the platform,and reduced the escape latency,looking for the platform to travel the distance(P<0.01),and extended the stay in the third quadrant pool.In spatial probe test,Zhuyu tongmai high and middle dosage group (200,100 mg/kg) extended the stay in the effective area and travel distance(P <0.01),and rised the times of crossing the virtual platform(P<0.01).Zhuyu Tongmai group(100 mg/kg) increased the times of crossing the effective area(P<0.01),extended the stay distance in the third quadrant pool (P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhuyu Tongmai capsule is obviously improve the spatial memory ability and active exploration ability of rats with cerebral ischemia.关键词
