黄连膏直肠灌注治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者便秘的疗效观察
Efficacy of Huanglian ointment rectal perfusion in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and constipation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huanglian ointment rectal perfusion in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and constipation.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic heart failure and constipation were selected in hospital,and 40 patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were given Huanglian ointment rectal perfusion,the control group were given Bian tong capsule orally,the clinical curative effect,score of constipation symptoms and quality of life were analyzed before,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5 ％,better than 80.0 ％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Treatment group before and after 1 week treatment,the control group before and after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks,the scores of defecation frequency,defecation time,defecation shape,defecate difficulty,straining feeling and abdominal distension physiology,social psychology,anxiety and satisfaction and total score improved were improved(P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the treatment group(P ＜0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group 1 week or 2 weeks after treatment(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian ointment rectal perfusion in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and constipation has good effect,improve constipation symptoms and quality of life and the feasibility is strong,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
