摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the preliminary test,aseptic seedlings of 4 different strawberry cultivars were cultured in vitro during different trans-generational time (14 d,21 d,28 d) to study the effects of genotype and trans-generational time on proliferation ratio.The leaves and petioles of aseptic seedlings were obtained,which were inoculated on different media to induce regenerous tissue and a lot of adventitious buds were acquired.The results showed that 1) proliferation ratio of cultivar "Hongyan" was the highest (7.767),rooting number also was highest (11.1).With the increase of trans-generational days,proliferation ratio increased.Cultivar "Hongyan" and "Zhangji" were difficult to produce callus,which was favorable for the development of leaves,roots and other organs.2) When the adventitious buds were induced,the generation rates of the leaf blades of aseptic seedlings of 4 different cultivars were higher than those of petioles.The regeneration rate of the leaf blades of "Hongyan" was the highest (80.40%) and the number of adventitious buds was also the highest (3.65).The better medium to induce regenerous tissue was R2 (MS +3.0 mg· L-1BA+0.1 mg· L-1 2.4-D+6 g· L-1 agar+30 g· L-1 sugar).
