花状Co3O4纳米材料的制备及其电化学性能
Preparation and electrochemical properties of flower-like Co3O4nanomaterial
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,three-dimensional flower-like Co3O4 hierarchical nanostructures have been synthesized successfully via a facile hydrothermal process and followed by calcinations using Co(NO3)2·6H2O and CO(NH2)2 as raw materials.The three-dimensional flower-like Co3O4 have been used for supercapacitors.T he influence of hydrothermal reaction tempera-ture and time on the morphology of the samples were investigated.The morphology and structure of Co3O4 were studied by XRD,SEM,TEM and BET techniques.The results showed that optimal conditions were the hydrothermal temperature of 180 ℃,the hydrother-mal time of 12 h.Electrochemical results revealed that Co3O4 nanocubes displays high specif-ic capacitance due to the fast and reversible redox reactions have taking place in the material-electrolyte interface.关键词
