基于介电润湿的微流控液滴定位与反馈系统研究
Research on microfluidic dropletpositioning and feedback system based on dielectric wetting

Abstract
Digital microfluidic control technology based on the dielectric wetting effect is a new technology appearing in re-cent years,which can control the liquid droplet in the microliter and nanoliter level on a plane. In allusion to the current urgent need of microfluidic accurate drive and control,the microscale droplet drive theory research is conducted proceeding from the analysis of dielectric wetting drive mechanism,and a low voltage chip for driving microfluidic was designed and realized. An im-proved chip-droplet equivalent capacitance system model is proposed by establishing the droplet model and analyzing the continu-ous motion characteristic of the droplet. Based on the model,a set of high intelligent and accurate droplet movement positioning and feedback system was designed. The droplet movement experiment shows that the designed droplet positioning and feedback system can precisely locate the current motion position and state of the droplet. By accurately feeding back the positioning infor-mation to the drive system in real time,the continuity and speed of droplet movement are improved.关键词
