摘要

Abstract

To promote the informatization of the ecological protection redline management and control in Guizhou province, the VMware is used to deploy the private cloud environment,the Oracle and ArcSDE are used to build the ecological protection redline spatial database,and the mixed development of B/S and C/S is conducted to construct the presentation layer on the basis of REST service,so as to support 2D and 3D data display,query,online editing,geographic processing,printing and other functions,and solve the problems like distributed storage,standard management,quick release and application extending of pro-vincial ecological protection redline spatial data. The design scheme is suitable for the private cloud environment with short de-velopment period and low hardware configuration,which can effectively reduce the development and maintenance cost of build-ing the ecological protection redline spatial data monitoring platform. The ecological protection redline cloud GIS monitoring plat-form is established to make efficient integration and service sharing of information data in fields like resource development utili-zation and ecological protection,providing technical support for optimizing the pattern of land spatial development and promot-ing the construction of ecological civilization.
