摘要

Abstract

The rules of moisture absorption and desorption for blended film of PVA1799/water-soluble polyester were studied under different relative humidity,and the influences of blending ratio on absorption and desorption property of blended film were analyzed.The relation between moisture regain and physical and mechanical properties of blended film was discussed.The test results show that comprehensive properties of blended film are ideal when relative humidity and equilibrium moisture regain of PVA1 7 9 9/water soluble polyester size 6 5/3 6 is 5 6% and 2.9% respectively.Comprehensive properties of blended film are ideal when relative humidity and equilibrium moisture regain of PVA1 7 9 9/water soluble polyester size 80/20 is 56% and 1.1% respectively.It is pointed out that high content of PVA is fundamental to yarn weavability under low humidity.
