Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis and decision-making support for the government to effectively control network public opinion emergencies through the analysis of emotional tend-ency and public opinion tracking of network public opinion.[Method/Process]Taking"LuoYixiao"idcident as an exam-ple, tased on the establishment of adding specific event corpus emotion classification dictionary and constructed sentiment analysis model, calculated the text emotional intensity and emotion type of microblog, thus divided the network public o-pinion evolution stage.[Result/Conclusion]Revealed the characteristics and laws of the evolution of public opinion at all stages and suggestions were proposed to guide the evolution of emotion in network public opinion.关键词
