专利价值评估工具的有效性比较研究
An Comparative Study on the Effectiveness of Patent Value Evaluation Tools

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The patent value evaluation tools have been widely used, but it is still contro-versial whether the evaluation conclusion is valid or not.[Methods/Process]This paper compared the evaluation value with the actual transaction price of the patent which has actually sold by a university in the last three years.The SPSS statistics was used to calculate relevance of the valuation and the actual transaction price, verify the effectiveness of Innography, In-coPat and PatSnap as patent valuation tools.[Result /Conclusion]Research showed that PatSnap had high reliability in the evaluation of patent value, the evaluation results could be used as a trading reference price for both reference.The pa-tent strength of IncoPat evaluation had a high correlation with the natural logarithm value of the real transaction price, while the correlation between the patent strength of Innography evaluation and the real price was in general.The value assessment results of PatSnap could be used as reference prices for both buyers and sellers, and could also be used to assess the value of patents as intangible assets of colleges and universities.关键词
