蓝狐源肺炎克雷伯菌的鉴定与药敏试验
Isolation, identification and drug susceptibility of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from blue fox
摘要
Abstract
In August 2016,a number of blue foxes on a farm in Changli County,Hebei Province suffered from dyspnea and acute death.To identify the pathogenic bacterium in the case,one strain was isolated from the tissues of the liver,heart blood and lung of the dead fox.The isolate received characteristics training,morphological observation and biochemical test and was found to be Klebsiella pneumoniae.16S rRNA sequence analysis showed that the bacterium was 98%~ 99% homologous with nine strains of Klebsiella accessed in the Genbank.An animal regression test proved the strain with strong pathogenicity in mice resulting in LD50 being 3.2× 106 CFU/mL.Drug susceptibility testing showed that the strain of the pathogenic bacterium was sensitive to enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,spectinomycin and ceftriaxone but of multiantibiotic resistance to other drugs.关键词
