泰州地区猪肠道寄生虫感染情况调查
Investigation of intestinal parasite infection in pigs in the Taizhou region

Abstract
To reveal the epidemiological traits of the intestinal parasite infection in pigs in the Taizhou region,a total of 1206 feces samples were collected from 3 districts (Taixing,Jiangyan and Xinghua).Then the samples were treated with saturated saline and saturated sucrose fioatation.The results showed that there were 327 positive swine feces samples and the positive rate was 27.1%.The positive rates of feces samples from small scale pig farms and large scale pig farms were 50.1% (236/471) and 12.4% (91/735),respectively.A total of seven species of intestinal parasites were detected in the samples from the Taizhou region,including Ascaris suum,Trichuris suis,coccidia of suis,Balantidium coli,Cryptosporidium suis,Oesophagostomum suis and Strongyloides ransomi.The infection rates of those same parasites which were detected in the feces samples in the Taixing district were 6.2%,2.7%,6.2%,7.2%,8.7%,2.5% and 1.0%,respectively.The infection rates of those detected in the Jiangyan district were 8.3%,0.7%,5.6%,7.8%,5.4%,1.5% and 0.5%,respectively.And the infection rates of those detected in the Xinghua district were 2.8%,0.5%,8.8%,9.1%,3.3%,1.0% and 0%,respectively.It was concluded that the positive rates of the feces samples of the small-scale pig farms were significantly higher than those of the large-scale pig farms (P<0.05).The infection rates of Ascaris suum,coccidia of suis,Balantidium coli and Cryptosporidium suis in the feces samples in the small -scale pig farms were higher than those of other intestinal parasites.The infection rates of Protozoa including coccidia of suis,Balantidium coli and Cryptosporidium suis in the samples in the large-scale pig farms were higher than those of other intestinal parasites.关键词
