赶黄草口崩片解酒功效考察
Research on hangover alleviation efficacy of fast disintegrating oral tablet of Penthorum Chinense Pursh

Abstract
Objective To explore the hangover alleviation efficacy of self-made fast disintegrating oral tablet of Penthorum Chinense Pursh.Methods A rat drunkenness model was established to observe the hangover alleviation efficacy of fast disintegrating oral tablet of Penthorum Chinense Pursh on the drunken rat based on the indicators of the climbing capability,balancing capability,roll-over reflectivity and blood alcohol concentration.Results The suspension of fast disintegrating oral tablet of Penthorum Chinense Pursh significantly improved the acting capacity of a drunken rat (P ＜ 0.05) and greatly reduced the blood alcohol concentration of the rat (P ＜ 0.05).Conclsion The self-made fast disintegrating oral tablet of Penthorum Chinense Pursh is efficient in hangover alleviation.关键词
