摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the development of conversion gas steam generator in heavy crude oil processing technology in China,through the research and development of the integral manufacturing process and by using the special welding torch and positioning mechanism with standard TIG 20-160 head for coordinating butt welding of pipe bore,the bore butt welding of tube sheet on inlet side and the heat transfer tube is realized,which guaranteed the quality of the butt joint and tackled related manufacturing difficulties,and accumulated experience for localized manufacturing of this type of conversion gas steam generator.关键词
