摘要

Abstract

Objective The study aimed to design a support automatic leveling system for large expansion vehicle medical shelter, to fill the blank area of medical equipment. Methods The characteristics and limitations of the existing various types of car shelter expansion and leveling system were evaluated through a variety of domestic and international vehicle cabin investigation and analysis of expansion and leveling system. In order to meet the needs of adjustable support vehicle medical shelter for large expansion ratio, we used a new electrical technologies to design a leveling system, which is different from previous hydraulic four point leveling mechanism. Results We designed an electronic slideway and multi-leg automatic leveling system. The system was successfully used in vehicle medical shelter with superior performance, clean energy, environmental protection and environmental adaptability. The large expansion vehicle medical shelter was also able to support fast leveling, smooth expansion and retraction in various complicated geographical and environment. Conclusion The vehicle automatic support leveling system can improve stability and safety of vehicle to a greater extent, which will play an important role for medical treatment of mass casualties in major disaster.
