Design of Waste Heat Recovery System and It's Control System for Hospital Oxygenerator
摘要
Abstract
Objective To performe a research on the recovery and utilization of large amount of waste heat in the operation of oxygenerator. Methods The heat energy was transfered into the water by connecting the heat exchanger to the Screw type oxygen generator compressor lubricating oil line, and S7-200 series PLC through temperature-flow Cascade feedback control system was used to control the waste heat recovery system. Results The effect of waste heat recovery system of this kind of oxygen generator was good and it had many unique advantages. Conclusion There is a great potential for the waste heat recovery of the oxygen generator. The method designed in this paper is very suitable for the waste heat recovery and utilization of the oxygen generator.关键词
