摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to strengthen the drug management of medical institutions and reduce the investment of the statistics of drug procurement accomplished by medical personnel, a drug procurement database analysis and management system which could not only make the massive and cumbersome statistical work intuitive and convenient but also optimize the management of medical procurement of medical institutions was developed. Methods A friendly user interface was developed by using VB.NET, the VBA macro language was utilized to write background data handlers, and classification and statistical analysis was performed on medical device procurement data in Excel format. By using the VB.NET to call VBA macro code, the system could be both simple to operate and process the big data smoothly. Results A database analysis and management system for drug purchasing was developed. It could complete the statistical analysis of online procurement performed by medical institutions of the whole city and generate the reports directly, which therefore, made the statistical management of drug procurement data much more standardized and efficient. Conclusion A multi-module, multi-data automatic analysis and process makes the original statistical work that needs mountains of labor can now be quickly finished in batches, which improves the efficiency and accuracy impressively, and reduces the cost of duplicate work.关键词
