Optimizing Process and Effects of Outpatient Medical Information Platform
摘要
Abstract
Objective The optimizing process and effects of outpatient medical information platform were introduced in this paper. Methods The process of hospital smart medical system, including reducing patient waiting time, enhancing the fault-tolerant mechanism of smart medical treatment, optimizing translation error prompt and system self-recovery was improved to enhance the interoperability between patient and machines, which made patients more willing to use the hospital smart medical platform. Results The date of hospital smart medical platform and artificial windows at the beginning of and the end of 2016 were analyzed, statistics showed that there was a significant increase in the proportion of patients using hospital wisdom. Conclusion In view of the outpatient wisdom medical service in our hospital, we also need to increase the guidance of professional staff and increase the use of publicity in the aspect of intelligent medical system. It needs to be further improved in the aspects of equipment maintenance and system stability, funds reconciliation, real-name system and so on.关键词
