中药封包电磁波导入辅治溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子和免疫球蛋白的影响
Impacts of the import therapy with enveloped herbal electromagnetic wave medicine on serum inflammatory cytokines
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impacts of the import therapy with enveloped herbal electromagnetic wave med-icine on serum inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10) and immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA,IgM) in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and explore its effect mechanism. Methods One hundred UC patients with syndrome of dampness due to spleen deficiency were randomized equally into observation group and control group,both groups were with oral mesalazine enteric coa-ted tablets(1.0 g,3 times daily),the observation group was added to the import therapy with enveloped herbal electromagnetic wave. After 12 weeks,the content of cytokines TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM were compared. Results Compared with the control group,content of serum inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6 were significantly increased and IL-10 was significantly decreased in observation group,the regulation effect was better than the control group (t=11.75, t=8.84,t=4.59,P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.000); in observation group, immunoglobulin IgG,IgA were significantly de-creased in observation group,the regulation effect was significantly better than the control group (t=13.32, t=6.52,P=0.000,P=0.000). Conclusion The import therapy with enveloped herbal electromagnetic wave can obviously regulate the serum inflammatory factor and immunoglobulin level,and plays a role in reducing inflammation and regulating immunity.关键词
