The research progress of Paxillin in digestive system malignant tumors
摘要
Abstract
The digestive system malignant tumors in our country and around the world all have a high morbidity and mortality,and its early symptoms are often not obvious,most of them are not discovered until the middle and late stages. Due to the combination of multiple pathogenetic factors,the treatment effect is poor. Therefore,it is very important to study its occur-rence and development process to provide new early diagnosis and treatment. In recent years,with the research of scholars at home and abroad,it has been found that Paxillin(PXN),as a kind of adaptor protein,is involved in the occurrence and devel-opment of malignant tumors of digestive system. Therefore,it is possible to provide a new target for early diagnosis and treat-ment of malignant tumor in digestive system if we can clarify the mechanism of Paxillin in its process of the occurrence and de-velopment. This paper reviews the research progress of Paxillin in the occurrence and development process of digestive system malignant tumors.关键词
