摘要

Abstract

To investigate the application of ICP-MS quantitative and semi-quantitative methods in fruits distribution of trace elements analysis,the analysis of K,Mg,Fe,Na,Rb,Mn,Zn,Ba,Al,Sr,Ti,Cu,Ga,Co and other trace elements in 5 kinds of fruits,mulberry,blueberry,cherry,Cerasus and waxberry by ICP-MS quantitative and semi-quantitative method was studied in this paper. Results of this study showed that:(1)The mulberry,blueberry,cherry, Cerasus and waxberry contained high levels of trace elements,and the distribution of these elements content showed the same trends,which revealed that in the same fruit,the content of K is the highest,Mg is next and Co is the lowest. However, The contents of these elements analyzed were significantly varied with fruits;(2)There were some correlations among all the analyzed elements except Rb;(3)Quantitative and semi-quantitative methods showed no significant differences.
