摘要
Abstract
the river length system is a system innovation to solve the problem of water pollution control in China. However,the key to the effectiveness of the system lies in its implementation. The imperfect aspects of water pollution control system are easily associated with some problems. Further research is needed and corresponding solutions are put forward to achieve the goal of water pollution control. Firstly,describinig the history and characteristics of long river system,further analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the long river system,and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of the long-term mechanism of long river system for water pollution control measures play,only multi pronged,it can achieve tackling the governance problem of water environmental,and then keep long period of stability.关键词
